We are looking for a Growth Marketing Executive to join our expanding team and support our digital marketing initiatives. Our company provides technology platform solutions and software development services to international clients, including web and mobile platform development, system integration, payment solutions, and technical infrastructure support.
The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management. This role will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to increase
brand visibility and attract potential clients and partners globally.
Salary Budget: RM4,500 RM6,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns across digital platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other relevant channels.
- Responsible for lead generation strategies targeting potential clients and partners globally.
- Manage the company's digital channels including website, social media platforms and email marketing to drive brand awareness and client acquisition.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate and qualify marketing leads and support the conversion process.
- Coordinate the creation of marketing materials including presentations, brochures, landing pages and promotional content.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends in the industry.
- Track and monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, preparing reports and insights for optimization.
- Support the planning and execution of online promotional activities to expand the company's global reach.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or B2B marketing.
- Experience managing online advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads etc.) is an advantage.
- Good understanding of lead generation, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and campaign performance.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing campaigns.
- Good command of English in both written and spoken.
- Experience in the technology, software development industry will be an added advantage.
