About the Role

Role Overview

We're looking for a growth-driven marketer to own and scale our creator / affiliate channel as a key revenue driver.

This role focuses on turning marketing narratives into high-performing creator content and affiliate-driven sales.

This is not a coordination role — you will be expected to think, execute, and drive results.

You will be accountable for creator / affiliate-driven GMV performance, not just execution.

What You'll Do

1. Build & Grow Creator Ecosystem

  • Develop and manage a network of creators and affiliates
  • Identify and activate creators with strong conversion potential (not just reach)
  • Build and strengthen relationships with high-performing partners

2. Creator Activation & Campaign Alignment

  • Activate creators based on weekly campaign priorities
  • Ensure creators are pushing the right products, offers, and angles
  • Align creator output with overall campaign direction

3. Translate Strategy into Content Direction

  • Turn marketing narratives into clear creator content angles
  • Guide creators toward content that drives conversion and sales, not just engagement
  • Ensure consistency across internal content and creator output

4. Own Performance & Optimisation

  • Own creator and affiliate performance (GMV, conversion, output)
  • Decide which creators to scale, retain, or drop based on performance
  • Continuously optimise content angles and creator mix to improve results

5. Channel Ownership & Growth

  • Own affiliate / creator channel as a core revenue driver
  • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities (new creators, formats, angles)
  • Continuously improve how the channel performs and scales over time

6. Cross-Team Integration

  • Drive alignment across content, performance, and livestream teams to maximise results
  • Ensure creator efforts are fully integrated into campaign execution
  • Contribute to overall campaign success, not operate in isolation

What We're Looking For

● Experience in marketing, content, performance, or affiliate/KOL roles (TikTok is a plus)

● Strong understanding of content that drives conversion and sales, not just engagement

● Able to manage multiple creators and campaigns at once

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

● Strong ownership

What Sets You Apart

● Experience scaling creators or affiliates based on performance, not just relationships

● Strong understanding of how content, traffic, and conversion connect

● Ability to identify patterns in winning content and replicate them

● Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and improving through iteration

● Experience working in e-commerce, TikTok Shop, or performance-driven environments

Performance Expectation

This is a results-driven role, not a coordination role.

You will be expected to:

● Take ownership of creator / affiliate-driven GMV performance

● Continuously improve conversion through better creator selection, content direction, and optimisation

● Identify what is working, scale it, and remove what is not

● Operate with speed, clarity, and accountability in a fast-moving environment
