We're Hiring: Growth Marketing Lead — Mandarin & English Required

We're looking for someone who loves figuring out how to grow — and turning ideas into action.

At Core Proptech, you'll take ownership of our Acquisition & Activation efforts — from attracting the right users and improving conversion, to testing new ideas and finding better ways to grow.

This is a role for someone who can think strategically and stay hands-on, especially at this stage of the company. You won't just follow a marketing calendar. You'll look at the numbers, identify what's working (and what isn't), come up with ideas, test them, execute, and continuously improve.

What You'll Do

• Own and improve our Acquisition & Activation efforts

• Analyse performance, identify growth gaps, and turn insights into action

• Develop and test campaigns, channels and growth experiments

• Manage and optimise paid acquisition / Meta Ads

• Plan and create social media content, graphics, ad creatives and short-form videos

• Improve the user journey and conversion, track results, and continuously explore new ways to grow

Requirements

• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin Chinese

• 1+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a related role

• Good understanding of acquisition, activation, conversion and paid campaigns

• Comfortable using data to analyse performance and make decisions

• Able to plan and execute social media, graphics and short-form video content

• Strong problem-solving, ownership and independent working skills

• A growth-hacker mindset — curious, experimental and always looking for smarter ways to grow

Property / real estate industry knowledge is a plus.
