FLUX is redefining car ownership through flexible, all-inclusive car subscriptions. As our Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact growth strategies across paid and organic channels to drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion. You will own end-to-end performance, from top-of-funnel awareness to landing page optimisation, with a strong focus on ROI, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Working closely with Product, Sales, Content, and Design, you'll help accelerate activation for both hosts and subscribers, playing a critical role in scaling our business growth.
What You'll Own
1. Performance & Growth
- Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok
- Optimise campaigns for CAC, conversion, and revenue
- Lead creative testing and scaling strategies
2. CRM & Lifecycle
- Build and optimise customer journeys (onboarding → retention → win-back)
- Own CRM channels (email, WhatsApp) and automation flows
- Analyze and drive conversion and retention through segmentation and personalisation
3. Partnerships & Activations
- Identify, secure, and manage brand and business partnerships
- Execute co-marketing campaigns and on-ground activations
- Track and optimise partnership performance and ROI
4. Campaigns & Execution
- Lead integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and partner channels
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on time and on brief
- Turn insights into actionable improvements
5. Brand & Content
- Ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints
- Guide content and social direction to grow organic presence
6. Analytics & Optimisation
- Track performance across the funnel (leads → subscriptions → LTV)
- Build a test-and-learn culture driven by data
7. Team & Partners
- Manage agencies and vendors to deliver against KPIs
- Support and mentor junior team members
What You'll Do
- Own and execute our paid acquisition strategy across core channels (Google, Meta, TikTok) and emerging platforms, optimising for CAC-to-LTV performance.
- Plan, launch, and manage high-performing campaigns, including channel setup, audience targeting, budget pacing, and bid strategy optimisation.
- Lead and implement SEO and SEM strategies to drive qualified organic traffic and increase search visibility.
- Optimise website and landing page performance through conversion rate optimisation (CRO), including user journey mapping, A/B testing, and UX improvements.
- Identify and test new acquisition opportunities across both proven and experimental channels with a test-and-learn mindset.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Content, and Design to align messaging, creatives, and landing pages for stronger engagement and conversion.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign and funnel performance, providing clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Explore and scale new growth levers, including channel innovation, co-marketing opportunities, and performance-driven partnerships.
What Are We Looking For
- 4+ years in marketing, with some experience leading projects or people
- Strong hands-on experience in paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Proven CRM/lifecycle marketing experience (e.g. HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.)
- Highly analytical — comfortable owning performance and numbers
- Strong execution: able to run multiple campaigns with high accuracy
- Confident working with stakeholders and external partners
Bonus if you have:
- Experience in subscription, mobility, or startup environments
- Exposure to MarTech, data tracking, or growth systems
- Experience running partnerships or brand collaborations
