About The Team

Our Marketing team drives end-to-end digital growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and revenue across all online channels. The Online Marketing function plays a critical role in scaling performance through data-driven campaigns, strategic media planning, and continuous optimization.

This role is responsible for managing and executing multi-channel digital marketing initiatives, including Paid Media (Meta, Google, TikTok), SEO/SEM, and campaign optimisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Creative, Marketing, KOL, and Regional Marketing to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and maximize overall business impact.

In the Malaysia market, this role requires strong localisation capabilities — adapting regional strategies into high-performing, culturally relevant campaigns. A strong analytical mindset is essential to track performance, optimise budgets, and drive efficiency across key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.

Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and optimise online marketing campaigns across key channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, RTB)
  • Manage paid media strategies to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance based on KPIs (CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, CVR)
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages to improve performance
  • Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging
  • Work closely with KOL, PR, and Brand teams to ensure integrated campaign execution
  • Localise regional campaigns to fit Malaysia market behaviour and trends
  • Manage and allocate media budgets efficiently to maximise ROI

Requirements

  • 1–4+ years of experience in digital marketing / performance marketing / online marketing (experience in e-commerce, fintech, or marketplace is a plus)
  • Strong hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital channels
  • Solid understanding of key metrics such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and ability to optimise campaigns based on performance data
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance, identify insights, and translate them into actionable strategies
  • Familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio (Data Studio), and tracking/attribution setups
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, budget allocation, optimisation, and reporting
  • Ability to work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, messaging, and A/B testing frameworks
  • Strong understanding of Malaysia digital landscape, audience behaviour, and local trends
  • Good communication skills with experience working cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Creative, and Regional teams
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, managing multiple campaigns and timelines effectively
