The Growth Product Manager will play a crucial role in driving user scale and conversion rates for overseas travel mini-programs by designing growth and marketing-oriented products.
Responsibilities
- Possess a deep understanding and passion for the travel industry.
- Formulate growth strategies based on user segmentation, profiling, and behavioral data to boost engagement and conversion for both new and existing users.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user scenarios and needs to identify business growth opportunities and optimization strategies.
- Develop comprehensive product plans focusing on user acquisition, churn reactivation, and retention/repeat purchases.
- Manage user acquisition, conversion, and Lifetime Value (LTV) within partner overseas digital wallets through marketing campaigns, social media growth initiatives, and gamified features.
- Collaborate with the operations team on growth activities to ensure targets for conversion volume and effectiveness are met.
- Oversee the in-app marketing campaign channel, drive the operations team, and ensure the successful planning of engagement mechanics and the implementation of corresponding features.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, algorithms, technology, and other product lines to define product and experiment designs.
- Manage the entire lifecycle from requirement development, QA, and launch to experimentation, taking direct ownership of growth outcomes.
