Job Description
- Growth Forecasting & Demand Modeling: Analyze historical data and projections to predict daily, weekly, and monthly parcel volumes at a granular level (by hub or region).
- Peak Season Strategy: Lead the War Room planning for mega-campaigns. This involves forward planning to identify operation capacity bottlenecks and formulate key measures to maintain targeted delivery lead time.
- Strategy Planning: work closely with management team to form roadmap for SPX; Task includes rigorous stakeholders engagement, data analysis, and slides building.
- Strategic Projects: conceptualize and implement high impact projects shaping new logistic capabilities. Examples (but not limited to) include launching same day delivery and instant delivery nationwide to delight our buyers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and above in any field.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities; comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets to analyze data, build reports, and solve problems.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams from diverse functions and backgrounds.
- Prior experience in consulting, project management, b2c internet/e-commerce is a plus.
