GST & Indirect Taxation Executive

About the Company

PMIJ & Associates LLP / Manoj V. Jain & Co., Chartered Accountants, is seeking an experienced GST & Indirect Taxation Executive to join our professional taxation team at Vile Parle (East), Mumbai.

Position: GST & Indirect Taxation Executive

Experience: Minimum 1–3 Years

Salary: 25,000 – 40,000 per month (Depending on Experience & Skills)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Location: Vile Parle (East), Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other applicable GST returns.
• GST reconciliation, including GSTR-2A/2B with books of accounts.
• Handling GST registrations, amendments and cancellations.
• Preparation of replies to GST notices and departmental queries.
• GST compliance, documentation and record maintenance.
• Assistance in GST assessments, audits and refund applications.
• Ensuring timely compliance with applicable GST provisions.
• Coordination with clients regarding GST-related matters.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of practical experience in GST and indirect taxation.
• Good knowledge of GST laws, rules and compliance procedures.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel and GST Portal.
• Ability to independently handle GST return filings and reconciliations.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm will be preferred.

Salary & Employment Details

Salary: 25,000 – 40,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Workplace: Office-Based
