GTM Engineer Intern (Full-Time, Hybrid Bangalore, India)

Role Summary

As a GTM Engineer Intern, you'll work at the intersection of technical development and market outreach, helping us showcase our AI-powered platform to developers and creators worldwide. This role combines hands-on technical experience with creative marketing initiatives, perfect for someone who loves both coding and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Content Creation

• Create engaging technical demos and sample projects using NonBioS.ai platform
• Develop code samples and tutorials that showcase platform capabilities
• Build and maintain a library of technical content for various marketing channels
• Assist in creating technical documentation and user guides

Content Distribution & Community

• Help manage and grow our presence on Reddit and LinkedIn
• Create and edit video content demonstrating product features and use cases
• Engage with developer communities and gather feedback
• Support technical discussions in community forums
• Assist in organizing and running technical workshops and webinars

Product Marketing Support

• Work with the marketing team to translate technical features into compelling benefits
• Help create technical comparisons and competitive analysis
• Contribute to product launch materials from a technical perspective
• Assist in creating technical blog posts and social media content

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Basic programming knowledge in any modern programming language
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with hybrid work: Able to work primarily in India time zone and willing to travel to
• South Bangalore for interview and coordination.
• Prior work experience is not required

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with video editing tools and basic content creation
• Experience with community management or developer relations
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and tools
• Previous involvement in developer communities or tech forums
• Basic understanding of growth marketing principles
• Portfolio of technical content (blogs, videos, tutorials)
• Experience with AI-powered content creation tools
• Experience with social media platforms, particularly Reddit and LinkedIn
• Enthusiasm for AI and no-code/low-code technologies

What We Offer

• Full-time Hybrid Role - Will require work from office in South Bangalore once a week.
• Opportunity to learn Growth Marketing from scratch - freshers are welcome.
• Three months Internship followed by a fulltime offer depending on performance.
