Job Description
Job description:
● Welcome, assist and provide a warm, professional experience to all visitors and guests.
● Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to enquiries in a courteous and helpful manner.
● Capture high-quality photographs of guests using the Company's designated photography equipment and procedures. No prior professional photography experience is required, as training will be provided by the Company.
● Present and showcase guests photographs professionally, assisting them in selecting their preferred images and souvenir photo products.
● Promote and sell the Company's photography products and packages while achieving individual and team sales targets.
● Ensure all photography equipment and workstations are maintained in good working condition and kept clean and organised.
● Process customer transactions accurately and in accordance with the Company's operating procedures.
● Comply with all Company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and health and safety requirements.
● Perform any other duties, tasks or responsibilities as may be assigned by the Company from time to time that are reasonably related to the position.
