Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Agent located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Additional duties include coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs, resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner, and maintaining accurate guest records.
Qualifications
- Customer service and interpersonal skills to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Communication skills, including fluency in English and other languages (advantageous)
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage reservations and other administrative tasks
- Proficiency in using booking systems and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a professional presentation
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality is a plus
