Reports To: Rooms Division Manager
Job Summary: Guest Service Executive is responsible to overseeing Front Desk operations to provide efficient and professional service to guests and adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead all service associates in their daily activities to ensure smooth Front Desk operations.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while delivering a warm and welcoming experience.
- Ensure front desk operations are carried out in line with hotel standards and procedures.
- Takes ownership in solving guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of records and documentation related to guest stays and transactions.
- Ensure billing and guest folios are accurate and complete prior to guest departure.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Skills And Qualifications
- Diploma in Tourism/ Hospitality/ Hotel Management.
- Performing a similar position for at least 1 year.
- Proficient in oral and written English and Malay; additional languages are a plus.
- Willing to work shifts.
- Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
