Summary
You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International&aposs Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Guest Service Officer - Reservations will assist the Team Leader - Reservations in providing excellent guest service, managing reservation processes, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the reservations department.
Qualifications
- Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
- Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or any related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in reservations or front office operations within luxury hotels is preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Proficient in hotel reservation systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Good interpersonal, communication, organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations.
