Guest Relations Officer (GRO)

The Club at Saujana Resort is an exclusive luxury retreat known for its privacy, refined service, and personalized guest experiences. We are looking for a polished and service-driven Guest Relations Officer to join our team and elevate the guest journey from pre-arrival to post-stay.
What You'll Do
Pre-Arrival
Coordinate pre-arrival communication, preferences & VIP amenities
Prepare guest profiles and special arrangements
Ensure room readiness, welcome setup & smooth coordination
Arrival
Deliver a warm, personalized welcome
Handle smooth check-in and escort guests to their rooms
Assist with concierge-style requests & itinerary planning
In-House Experience
Be the dedicated point of contact for all guest needs
Anticipate and fulfil guest requests proactively
Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B & Front Office for flawless service
Conduct courtesy checks & follow-ups to maintain satisfaction
Post-Stay
Arrange check-out and departure assistance
Manage thank-you communication & update guest preferences
Support guest retention and loyalty initiatives
What We're Looking For
Strong passion for hospitality and guest engagement
Previous experience in Guest Relations or Front Office (luxury/hotel an advantage)
Excellent communication, polished appearance & warm personality
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality is preferred
