Guest Services Associate

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Services Associate located in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, handling customer service inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Daily tasks include greeting and assisting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, addressing any guest concerns, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Guest Services and Guest Service skills
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Experience with Reservations management
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• IDB System user is advantage
