Responsibilities:
- Be the first-tier support team, handling guest inquiries via calls, emails, and messages
- Coordinate bookings, reservations, and guest services
- Oversee daily homestay operations ensuring service standards
- Proactively solve problems and create positive experiences
- Uphold company policies and ethical standards
- Collaborate with operations and management teams
- Contribute ideas for business growth
- Track and resolve guest requests promptly
- Provide occasional after-hours support
