Job Description

Job Requirements:

- Minimum education: Diploma and above

- Skills: Customer Service, Attention to Detail, Time Management, Communication, Problem-Solving, CRM, Sales, Hospitality Management

- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply

- Proficiency in Mandarin & English (spoken & written) is an additional advantage

- Customer-focused & solution-oriented

- Familiarity with hotel or homestay operations is an advantage

- Resilient & resourceful under pressure

- Disciplined with strong follow-up skills

- Growth-oriented & adaptable

- Flexible & committed, willing to work rotational shifts, weekends and Public Holidays

Responsibilities:

- Be the first-tier support team, handling guest inquiries via calls, emails, and messages

- Coordinate bookings, reservations, and guest services

- Oversee daily homestay operations ensuring service standards

- Proactively solve problems and create positive experiences

- Uphold company policies and ethical standards

- Collaborate with operations and management teams

- Contribute ideas for business growth

- Track and resolve guest requests promptly

- Provide occasional after-hours support
