Responsibilities and Authorities:
i. Responsible for overall quality system and HALAL Assurance System in Quality Control Department
- a. Responsible of raw material and packaging material release procedure in accordance with HALAL requirement.
b. Issuing and approving of BMR.- c. Checking the completeness of the BMR.
d. Responsible of finished product release procedure.
ii. Responsible to train Quality Control Department personnel to perform quality and HALAL Malaysian Standard.
iii. Handling of customer complaint.
iv. Solving Quality Control and HALAL issue.
v. To monitor and plan Internal Audit Program to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice and HALAL Assurance System.
vi. Assist Product Recall Team member to handling returned product and product recall activities, e.g., product no compliance to HALAL requirements.
