Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior HAM Consultant with strong expertise in Hardware Asset Management, process design, and Flexera One (Cloud). The consultant will lead discovery, assessment, and process improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Discovery & Gap Analysis

• Assess current HAM processes, workflows, and controls.
• Conduct process audits, maturity assessments, and gap analyses.
• Use Flexera One data and reporting insights to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

2. Process Design & Improvement Planning

• Develop detailed action and remediation plans for optimizing HAM processes.
• Define roles, responsibilities, timelines, and success criteria.
• Provide direction and guidance to the BAU team for execution.
• Monitor progress and refine plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes.

3. Performance Measurement & Evaluation

• Define and track HAM-related KPIs and metrics.
• Use Flexera One dashboards and data insights to measure improvement impact.
• Provide analysis, reporting, and further enhancement recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12+ years of experience in Hardware Asset Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Flexera One & FNMS Suite including discovery, inventory management, dashboards, and reporting.
• Proven experience in process setup, process optimization, and governance.
• Ability to drive assessments independently and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL certification (or strong understanding of ITIL & ITAM practices).
• Experience in large enterprise environments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
