Key Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide hardware design of new transceiver products
- Participated in architecture design of new transceiver product
- Solve complicated technical problems
- Work with other sited and function teams (e.g., firmware, mechanical, PCB design, & test development), and play a key role in new transceiver product development
- Support NPI and manufacture team on transceiver problem analysis and solving
Skills & Qualifications:
- Masters in electronics, electrical engineering, optical communications, or a related field, with strong hardware design background
- Key Skills: High-speed circuit design, Analog circuit design & debug skills
- Candidates with 5 years experience or less of hardware design/develop experience in electrical circuits are welcome to apply.
- Familiar with schematic and PCB layout design and tools
- A strong technical background and experience in high-speed circuit design, high speed optical transceiver is desirable
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented & strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
- Good written and oral communication skill in English & Mandarin (liaising with Shanghai team)
- Willing to travel (occasional travel expected to Ipoh manufacturing site)
