Hardware Staff Engineer/Hardware Engineer

• Define product architecture and create conceptual designs and prototypes based on specifications.
• Participate in design and development of baseband analog, logic, and digital circuits for wireless audio and pro audio products.
• Perform circuit integration, generate schematics, and conduct testing and optimization at the circuit and system levels.
• Ensure design processes and documentation meet company standards.
• Collaborate with a team of engineers and designers at all stages of product development.
• Willing to travel overseas to support prototype builds, production builds, and customer reviews.
• Attend meetings with customers and design team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Communication Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in baseband design and development.
• Hands-on experience in Baseband/Audio/Power management design and testing is required.
• Familiarity with baseband system integration of audio, power, battery, memory, and processor components is required.
• Experience in audio/wireless hardware system design is preferred.
• Proficient in material selection and Bill of Materials (BOM) generation.
• Analytical, independent, highly motivated, with excellent interpersonal communication skills and leadership qualities.
• Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to multi-task.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
• Must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
