Job Description

Job Responsibility

Hardware Troubleshooting

Diagnose and resolve hardware issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
Identify the root causes of hardware failures and implement preventive measures.
Maintain accurate records of troubleshooting activities and solutions.

Inventory and Resource Management

Manage hardware tools, spare parts, and equipment inventory to ensure availability.
Coordinate with suppliers for the procurement of necessary hardware components.
Optimize resource allocation to improve cost efficiency.

Compliance and Reporting

Ensure all hardware operations adhere to safety and operational regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments.
Prepare and submit reports on hardware performance, maintenance schedules, and team activities.

Equipment Optimization

Monitor hardware performance and identify areas for improvement.
Recommend and implement system upgrades or replacements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
