HCM Solution Engineer

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must be based in India
• Must have your own laptop
• Stable high-speed internet connection
• Excellent English communication skills

Skills & Experience:

️ 5+ years of HCM Solution Engineering experience

️ Strong knowledge of HR solutions, including Payroll, Time & Absence, Benefits, Learning, and third-party applications

️ Experience with enterprise HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, ADP, or similar)

️ Ability to design and position end-to-end HR solutions aligned to business needs

️ Understanding of HR system integrations, APIs, data flows and ecosystem connectivity

️ Knowledge of SSO, IAM, SAML and OAuth concepts

️ Excellent English communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
