Job Responsibilities
- Establish and develop sales strategies and planning for business growth to achieve business objectives and operational efficiency.
- Responsible for the monthly/yearly target for Automobile Financing products.
- Responsible for the development to establish sales incentive programs.
- Maintain existing relationships with external business partner and develop new business partnership.
- Maintain existing customer relationships, develop and implement new strategies to expand the Bank's customer base.
- Provides overall clear direction, guidance and support by translating business performance objectives to the Sales Team.
- Responsible for the monthly/yearly target for assigned products for cross-selling purpose.
- To ensure efficient turnaround time of hire purchase operation in line with market demand especially in the credit processing and payment processing division.
- To ensure efficient turnaround time for loan disbursement in line with expected market practice
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis locally and regionally to determine sales potential in products & services.
- Manage and monitor the Sales Team to achieve their overall individual's sales target.
- Monitoring and tracking of sales performance for Automobile Financing products and assigned cross-selling products.
- Ensure communication of sales performance to be communicated to the Sales Team on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in Automobile Financing with a minimum of 10 years covering both sales and back office functions
- Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Additional Skills & knowledge on Sales Management, Product Development, Regulatory Requirements, Sales Compensation Strategies, Compliance and Strategic Planning.
