  • SALES MANAGEMENT
  • Ensure new loans are in accordance to targets specified under the BC's Annual Credit Plan.
  • Review and track performance of the centre's sales target.
  • Provide guidance and advice to team members in implementing the Bank's lending strategy.

SERVICE MANAGEMENT

  • Ensure promptness of credit processing and reviews for accounts under the portfolio.
  • Undertake the monitoring and review activities to ensure loan assets are in line with the Bank's desired quality.
  • Manage processes to ensure compliance to prescribed level of service standards.

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Conduct regular visits and meetings with top-end BC customers to enhance banker-customer relationship and service quality.
  • Establish new business relationships and manage existing loans with a view to maximize utilization and reduce NPLs.
  • Implement customer retention strategies and programs.
