Head Chef

Location :Stonyhurst International School Penang | British International School | Best British School Penang,3, Jalan Seri Tg Pinang, Bandar Tanjung Pinang, 10470 Tanjung Tokong, Pulau Pinang

Job Responsibilities

• To be polite, professional, and friendly at all times with customers, clients, and colleagues

Staff welfare and training

• Assist team before, during, and after service

Cooking the selected dishes and monitoring closely the quality of the food

• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House cafeteria operations

Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction

• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints

Regularly review product quality and research new vendors

• Organize and supervise shifts

Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products

• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or similar role

Being able to cook Asian and International dishes will be an advantage

• Strong leadership, motivation, and people skills

At least 3 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Pay: RM4,
