Job Purpose
Lead and manage the strategic growth and operational excellence of the Bank's distribution channels which include multi-asset and multi-client distribution platforms.
Drive profitability through effective product distribution, client engagement, and alignment with the Bank's overall business objectives.
Job Requirements
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute distribution strategies to achieve annual KPIs and long-term growth targets.
Align distribution initiatives with the Bank's strategic priorities, including multi-asset and multi client distribution, and client wallet optimization.
Business Development & Client Engagement
Expand and deepen relationships with retail, CHNW and Digital clients to maximize wallet share.
Drive cross-selling opportunities across equity, fixed income, derivatives, and other multi-asset products.
Represent the Bank in industry forums, seminars, and client education initiatives.
Channel Management
Oversee performance of commissioned representatives, brokers, sales - people and respective marketing teams.
Ensure effective distribution of products and services through multiple sales channels, including digital platforms.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.
Implement robust controls and reporting mechanisms for distribution activities.
People Leadership
Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing distribution team.
Foster collaboration across departments to deliver integrated client solutions.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
Minimum 1215 years of experience in investment banking or asset management, with at least 5 years in a senior distribution role
Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and distribution dynamics.
Proven leadership in managing large teams and driving business growth.
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and risk management practices.
