Job Brief
We are looking for a self-starter who is able to manage a portfolio of digital credit products.
This person will be responsible in exploring new possibilities in digital credit from research, negotiating deals with partners, crafting customer value proposition, oversee product implementation planning, delivery of solutions to ensuring the success of a product post launch.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and continuously enhance the Enterprise Risk Management framework, aligned with BNM regulatory expectations.
- Oversee non-financial risks, including operational, technology, cyber, outsourcing, regulatory, and conduct risks.
- Drive enterprise risk assessments, risk appetite monitoring, KRIs, and risk reporting to Management and the Board.
- Own Operational Resilience, BCM, and BCDR, including BIAs, crisis management, and regulatory-required testing.
- Establish and oversee outsourcing and third-party risk management, including joint testing with critical vendors.
- Act as a trusted risk advisor to business, product, technology, and operations teams on new initiatives.
- Oversee material incidents, root cause analysis, and remediation tracking.
- Support regulatory engagements, risk-related submissions, and supervisory reviews.
- Champion risk culture, awareness, and training across the organisation.
- Act as deputy to the CRO and successor-in-readiness.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in ERM / Operational Risk / Non-Financial Risk within fintech, digital banking, payments, or regulated financial institutions.
- Strong working knowledge of BNM regulatory frameworks (e.g. RMiT, BCM, outsourcing).
- Able to operate hands-on while thinking strategically and Board-level.
- Comfortable challenging senior stakeholders with credibility and pragmatism.
