The Successful Applicant
A Successful Head Of Accounting Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in accounting, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
