As the Business Development & Growth Lead at WFH & PSC, youll be at the forefront of scaling our brand, creating new opportunities, and driving measurable growth. Youll hunt for strategic partnerships, design innovative revenue streams, and help shape deals with sharp commercial insight.

As we scale regionally, were looking for a Head of Business Development & Growth to shape the future of how we grow - commercially, geographically, and experientially.

What Youll Do

  • Lead Generation & Partnerships: Proactively identify, approach, and secure high-value leads, partners, and growth opportunities.
  • Deal Shaping & Negotiation: Structure and close strategic deals that create winwin outcomes and long-term value.
  • Revenue Innovation: Launch and scale new revenue channels, products, or services that expand PSCs impact and profitability.
  • Expansion Support: Play a key role in scaling PSC to multiple locations or new markets through feasibility studies and launch strategies.
  • Storytelling & Proposals: Create compelling decks, proposals, and pitch materials that win buy-in from clients and stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, marketing, and operations to align on strategy, improve customer journeys, and deliver initiatives.
  • Execution Excellence: Drive projects to completion quickly and effectively, with minimal reliance on others.
  • Manage Up: Keep leadership aligned and informed without requiring handholding.

What You Bring

  • 57 years in business development, partnerships, or growth roles (lifestyle/fitness/community brands a plus).
  • Proven track record in sourcing and securing impactful opportunities.
  • Strategic thinking and negotiation skills that deliver results.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and storytelling abilities.
  • Bonus: Experience scaling to multiple locations or markets, and launching new revenue streams.

Who You Are (Ideal Candidate)

  • 57+ years of experience in business development, growth, or commercial partnerships
  • Background in lifestyle, wellness, hospitality, fitness, or experiential brands is a major plus
  • Youre a strategic hunter: proactive, resourceful, and driven by outcomes
  • Comfortable negotiating across a range of stakeholders - from landlords to brands to agencies
  • Strong in both numbers and narrative: you can build a deal and tell a story
  • You thrive in founder-led, fast-paced environments where ideas move quickly
  • You prefer action over perfection - proactiveness and timing is key
