Head of Business Operation (Sales)

• Lead and oversee daily business operations including sales, service, after-sales support, warehouse, and distribution.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, growth, and market share targets.
• Drive operational excellence through cost analysis, budget management, and process improvements.
• Manage and optimize resources across internal departments and related companies.
• Lead, coach, and develop sales and operations teams to meet KPIs and business goals.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and effective technical support and service delivery.
• Oversee inventory, supply chain, and warehouse efficiency.
• Provide regular reports on performance, progress, and areas for improvement to senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum10 yearsof experience insales and operations, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
• Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and P&L management.
