Key Responsibilities

Lead BPO sales and revenue growth

Manage pricing, costing, and profitability

Monitor business performance and reporting

Ensure compliance with SOPs and policies

Collaborate with teams to meet KPIs

Drive process improvements and innovation

Provide dashboards and management reports

Requirements

Degree/Master's (IT or related preferred)

15+ years in BPS/BPO industry (Malaysia)

Strong sales and business growth track record

Experience in performance and operations management

Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
