Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the overall collections operations for clients
* Monitor team KPIs and ensure targets are consistently achieved
* Manage and guide collections team, including training and performance review
* Ensure all activities are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements
* Liaise with clients, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
* Prepare performance reports and improvement plans for management
Requirements:
* Minimum 5–8 years of experience in collections, debt recovery in banks
* Strong knowledge of debt recovery processes and legal procedures
* Proven track record in achieving collection targets
* Good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
