Senior Quantity Surveyor (ID/Fit Out - Commercial Corporate Office))

Job Description

• Lead and manage the QS team across multiple interior fit-out projects
• Oversee full spectrum of pre- and post-contract activities
• Review cost plans, tender submissions, and procurement strategies
• Lead negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure effective cost control, value engineering, and budget management
• Monitor project financial performance and reporting
• Provide commercial advice to project managers and senior stakeholders
• Ensure proper contract administration, including claims and variations

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in interior fit-out / ID projects
• Prior experience in a senior or team lead capacity
• Strong expertise in costing, tendering, procurement, and contracts
• Proven track record managing commercial aspects of multiple projects
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
