Your new role
- Identify and penetrate new markets, scale production capacity, and drive significant yearonyear revenue growth.
- Ensure cost competitiveness, reliability, and sustainability of raw material sourcing.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategy, and cost control to deliver consistent profitability.
- Manage direct B2B customers, distributors, and key end users while building strategic partnerships with injection molders and converters.
- Restructure teams, processes, and culture to support rapid scaling and operational efficiency.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven commercial success in scaling businesses within the compounding, plastics, or related materials sector.
- Deep technical expertise in plastics and compounding (formulation, extrusion, additive masterbatches).
- Strong P&L and costing management skills, with a track record of improving margins and setting profitable pricing.
- Leadership in organizational change and transformation within manufacturing environments.
- Extensive senior leadership experience (12-15 years overall, including 5-7 years in senior roles), supported by a relevant degree in Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemistry, or Business.
