A global Insurance firm has a unique opportunity to join their regional Internal Audit team and lead a team to define the data analytics strategy and roadmap in internal audit working on cutting edge technology and driving innovation across the group to solve concrete business problems.
Relocation can be discussed to Kuala Lumpur.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the data analytics strategy and roadmap;
- Setup data-lakes to support the continuous monitoring program and day-to-day audit;
- Support the implementation of the continuous monitoring program;
- Advise the 2nd line of defense on building their analytics capabilities and strategy;
- Deploy a data analytics self-service platform to facilitate the adoption of data analytics to business auditors;
- Lead innovation within the audit function;
- Build a robust data analytics methodology for the internal audit function;
- Support on AML, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening audit engagements.
Key Skills
- Strong expertise in data science ( coding in Python)
- Track record in Internal Audit managing senior global senior stakeholders
- Experience in AI led Internal Audit
- Insurance experience ideal but not a must
