Responsibilities:
Digital Transformation
- Develop and execute the organization's digital transformation strategy in line with business goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and customer experience through digital solutions.
- Lead and manage digital initiatives from concept to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
IT Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new IT and digital vendors based on business needs.
- Manage relationships with vendors to ensure performance, value for money, and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Oversee contract negotiations, implementation timelines, and service quality.
Change Management & Adoption
- Drive adoption of new digital tools and systems across the organization.
- Work closely with business leaders to manage change and address resistance to new ways of working.
- Ensure digital initiatives are well communicated and embedded into day-to-day operations.
Training & Capability Building
- Design and oversee digital training programs for employees at different levels.
- Ensure employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively use new systems and tools.
- Partner with HR and external providers to deliver continuous learning and upskilling initiatives.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Establish digital standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
- Monitor performance, user adoption, and ROI of digital initiatives.
- Stay up to date with emerging digital trends and technologies relevant to the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, IT systems, and vendor ecosystems.
- Experience onboarding and managing external IT vendors.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in training, learning, or capability development is highly desirable.
- Ability to lead change and influence across all levels of the organization.
