Position Overview
The Head of Expansion & Infrastructure is responsible for leading and overseeing the strategic development, physical expansion, and operational infrastructure of the company's F&B outlets. This role supervises and drives the performance of three core departments. Outlet Expansion, Renovation & Construction, and Facilities Management to ensuring high efficiency, seamless cross-functional collaboration, and strong operational excellence. This role requires full-time monitoring, high-impact leadership, and strong decision-making to support the company's growth strategy and long-term operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Facilities Management, Project Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 712 years of experience in expansion, construction, fit-out, or facilities roles, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Experience leading multiple teams or departments is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. Expansion Strategy & Rollout Execution
- Lead national outlet expansion strategy and execution
- Oversee site evaluation, feasibility studies, and new outlet launches
- Build a scalable rollout framework that supports multi-location growth
- Standardize design, cost control, and construction governance across all projects
- Ensure every new outlet opens on time, on budget, and brand-compliant
2. Renovation & Infrastructure Optimization
- Drive store renovation strategy to improve ROI and operational efficiency
- Lead layout optimization and cost engineering initiatives
- Ensure brand consistency across all physical touchpoints
3. Facilities & Asset Lifecycle Management
- Establish preventive maintenance frameworks
- Improve asset lifecycle cost efficiency
- Optimize vendor ecosystem and performance management (SLAs & KPIs)
- Reduce operational disruptions across outlets
4. CAPEX Governance & Financial Discipline
- Develop and manage annual CAPEX plans
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across construction and facilities
- Build dashboards and reporting systems for executive visibility
- Identify risk exposure and mitigation strategies
5. Build the Expansion Engine
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal
- Develop SOPs, governance structures, and project playbooks
- Lead and develop a high-performance team across Expansion, Renovation, and Facilities

Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Office tools & project management systems
- Solid experience in budgeting, reporting, and visual planning tools
- Ability to read and interpret BQ, technical drawings, layouts, and site plans
