We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Facilities Management to lead the strategic and operational management of the organisation's facilities, buildings, infrastructure, workplace services and related support functions.

This leadership role is responsible for ensuring that all facilities are safe, compliant, cost-effective, well-maintained and aligned with business requirements, while providing leadership across facilities operations, maintenance, engineering, security, cleaning, utilities, space management, vendor management and facilities-related projects.

Key Focus Areas

• Lead the planning, maintenance, and operation of company buildings and facilities to ensure safe, efficient, and functional work environments.
• Develop facilities management strategies, preventive maintenance programs, and operational budgets across the Group.
• Oversee contractors, service providers, and facility improvement projects while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Security Management, Human Resource or related discipline.
• Master's Degree or professional certification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant working experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in corporate/group-level operations and stakeholder management is preferred.
