The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Finance role for APAC should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with relevant professional certifications being an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting processes.
- Leadership capabilities to manage and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset.
- Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry is preferred.
