Job Description
- Define and execute the QSR channel strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Lead sales, volume, revenue, and margin performance across Malaysia and regional QSR accounts.
- Build and manage strong relationships with major QSR chains, master franchisees, and local operators in Malaysia.
- Drive Joint Business Planning (JBP) with key customers to deliver sustainable and profitable growth.
- Lead, coach, and develop the QSR sales and account management team to achieve channel KPIs.
- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to ensure effective execution and service excellence.
- Oversee pricing, trade terms, contracts, and negotiations to maximise commercial outcomes.
- Monitor local market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive activity within the Malaysian QSR landscape.
- Ensure strong forecasting, demand planning, and execution discipline across customers.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of sales or commercial experience, with deep QSR channel exposure in Malaysia.
- Proven track record working with major QSR brands or franchise groups in the local market.
- Strong experience in developing channel strategies and delivering business growth.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing and developing teams.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of FMCG / foodservice market dynamics.
- Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
