Role Description

We're looking for an ambitious, strategic, and handson Head ofGrowth Marketing for a fulltime, hybrid role with work-anywhere flexibility.

You will:

1.Acquire customers Design and execute campaigns that grow our user base, drive subscriptions, and expand across both B2C and B2B market.

2.Drive brand visibility Position Remote Work Malaysia top-of-mind for flexible workspaces and the go-to community for remote professionals.

3.Develop partnerships Collaborate with private, public, and community stakeholders to create engagement, growth and credibility.

4.Shape product marketing Lead an iterative process that channels user insights into messaging and continuous product improvement.

There's no marketing team currently you'll work handinhand with the Founder and Tech Partner, while collaborating with projectbased partners. You think big and execute deep - your leadership will lay the foundation for scaling our marketing function and start-up within the next 6 months.

Qualifications

  1. Proven marketing leadership experience (typically 5-7 years), ideally in platform or ecommerce businesses. Senior candidates who are excited with a builder role are welcome.
  2. Strong understanding of the Malaysian market and consumer behavior
  3. Having scaled a startup from 1 to 100
  4. Bonus: Experience in coworking, real estate, or F&B
