Strategic HR Leadership
- Partner closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives
- Champion company culture, employee engagement, and employer branding
Talent Management & Development
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
- Design and implement succession planning and leadership development programs
- Oversee performance management frameworks and capability building initiatives
HR Operations & Governance
- Oversee HR operations including payroll, policies, compliance, and HR systems
- Ensure alignment with local labor laws and regulatory requirements
- Drive process improvements and digital HR transformation initiatives
Employee Relations & Culture
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and IR/ER matters
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across all levels
- Manage external partners including consultants, vendors, and authorities where required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 12+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong business partnering experience with senior stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven track record in driving HR transformation and organizational change
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
