Job Description

Strategic HR Leadership
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives
  • Champion company culture, employee engagement, and employer branding
Talent Management & Development
  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
  • Design and implement succession planning and leadership development programs
  • Oversee performance management frameworks and capability building initiatives

HR Operations & Governance
  • Oversee HR operations including payroll, policies, compliance, and HR systems
  • Ensure alignment with local labor laws and regulatory requirements
  • Drive process improvements and digital HR transformation initiatives

Employee Relations & Culture
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and IR/ER matters
  • Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture
Stakeholder Management
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across all levels
  • Manage external partners including consultants, vendors, and authorities where required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 12+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong business partnering experience with senior stakeholders
  • Solid knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proven track record in driving HR transformation and organizational change
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
