Lead People Strategy on a Global Scale

QNET is seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of HR to lead the Human Resources function across our global operations. Reporting directly to the Group Chief People Officer, this role will shape and execute people strategies that support business growth, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement across multiple countries and regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal HR advisor to senior leadership and regional management teams.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent strategies.
• Oversee talent acquisition for critical leadership and specialist positions.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, performance management, and leadership development initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, HR governance, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee HR operations, global mobility, and HR systems effectiveness.
• Partner with business leaders on transformation, restructuring, and organizational change initiatives.
• Champion HR process improvement, digitization, and data-driven decision making.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Significant experience in senior HR leadership and strategic HR business partnering roles.
• Experience supporting senior executives and business leaders in multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR governance, employment legislation, and international HR practices.
• Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple countries.
• Strong stakeholder management, organizational development, and change management capabilities.
• Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, CHRP, or equivalent are advantageous
