Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 15 years in the HR functions in MNC companies, preferably in services
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
Good at managing stakeholders expectations and ensuring timely delivery.
Operated in a matrix / multi-cultural environment.
Pleasant but business-like personality
Strong management, motivation and organization skills
Good knowledge of local Labor Code as well as other labor rules
Technical Skills
Fluent in reading, writing & speaking English and Bahasa Malaysia
Good command of office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
