Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy and dynamic individual to support the organisation's Human Resources and talent development agenda. This role will have primary focus on employee upskilling, Individual development plans, succession planning, leadership assessment, talent-related analytics while supporting the HR Operations

The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders and employees to strengthen leadership capability, build talent pipelines and support strategic workforce development. This role reports directly to the CEO

Key Responsibilities

Talent Development – Training Focus

Plan, coordinate and implement talent development and training initiatives to support business and people capability needs.

Individual Development Plan

Support the design, implementation, monitoring, and follow-up of Individual Development Plans for identified talents, successors and key employees.

Succession Planning

Assist in developing and maintaining succession planning frameworks, talent pools, and readiness tracking for critical roles across the organisation.

Leadership Assessment

Coordinate leadership assessment activities, including 360-degree feedback, leadership profilingand competency assessment, to support leadership development and succession readiness.

Talent Analytics

Prepare talent-related reports, dashboards, and analysis to support management decision-making on talent development, leadership pipeline, and workforce capability.

Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with HODs, SMT, and HR teams to identify talent gaps, development needs and leadership capability requirements.

HR Operations Support

To support the HR Operations function and work closely with HODs, SMT, and HR teams to ensure smooth and comprehensive execution of employee administration related matters.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Masters will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 10 years working experience in the similar field.
  • Good command of the English and Bahasa Malaysia language
  • Strong experience in end-to-end talent development, leadership development and HR Operations
  • Good understanding of training needs analysis, IDP, succession planning, leadership assessment, and talent review processes.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of HR analytics, preferably talent-related reporting and dashboard preparation.
  • High energy, proactive, and able to engage effectively with employees and management.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in 360-degree assessment, leadership profiling, or competency framework implementation will be an added advantage.
