Head of Insurtech Solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute White Label business strategy aligned with corporate objectives
• Identify and drive new growth opportunities across partnerships, digital ecosystems, and emerging business models
• Position White Label as the preferred partner for digital insurance distribution and platform solutions
• Lead innovation and technology adoption to strengthen competitiveness
• Own P&L and deliver revenue, profitability, and growth targets
• Acquire and grow strategic partnerships across key industries and digital platforms
• Develop monetization strategies for platforms, APIs, and digital solutions
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to unlock new opportunities
• Lead product strategy, development, and commercialization of technology platforms
• Drive product roadmaps focused on customer experience, scalability, and business value
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch innovative products
• Accelerate delivery of new products and features
• Build and manage strategic partner and ecosystem relationships
• Lead commercial negotiations and partnership agreements
• Develop scalable API and platform integration solutions
• Drive partner success through governance, performance management, and service excellence
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and governance requirements
• Work closely with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Security teams
• Establish effective controls, reporting, and governance frameworks
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and customer focus
• Coach and develop future leaders

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• 15 years with leadership experience in insurance, Insurtech, fintech, digital platform, e-commerce businesses
• Proven track record in growing digital businesses and managing strategic partnerships
• Experience managing P&L and commercial performance
• Strong understanding of digital product development, APIs, platform businesses models and ecosystem partnerships
• Experience leading cross functional teams within fast-paced and innovative environments
• Knowledge of insurance products, distribution channels and regulatory environments is highly preferred
