Head of Interior Design

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall design strategy for corporate office and workplace fit-out projects
• Drive concept development, space planning, and design direction from inception to completion
• Oversee and mentor the interior design team and 3D visualization team
• Present and defend design concepts to corporate and international clients
• Translate business and functional requirements into innovative workplace solutions
• Ensure design quality, functionality, and consistency across all project stages
• Collaborate closely with project management, QS, and technical teams to ensure design feasibility

Job Requirements

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• 8–15 years of experience in interior design / workplace / office fit-out projects
• Proven experience in leading design teams and managing end-to-end project delivery
• Strong portfolio in corporate office / commercial interior projects
• Experience working with international clients or MNC environments is highly preferred
• Strong conceptual thinking, space planning, and presentation skills
• Ability to balance creative design with practical project execution
