Head of Investment Operations | Multi-Family Office

My client, a well established, Singapore HQ'd multi-family office - advising a sizeable group of UHNW families across public and private markets — is hiring an individual to lead its investment operations function.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced investment/fund operations professional ready to run a team and help shape a modernising ops platform, not just oversee one.

What you'll own:

• Leading a team of 6–7 across investment and back-office operations
• Partnering with the CTO & senior leadership on ops automation, process improvement & other strategic initiatives
• End-to-end transaction lifecycle — fund subscriptions and redemptions (private markets), and trade booking/settlement across public market instruments (equities, bonds, FX) via bank and custodian platforms
• Primary liaison with the firm's banking and custodian partners
• Consolidated portfolio reporting for a diversified, multi-asset client base
• KYC/client onboarding oversight and coordination of tax filing across structures
• Supporting new product rollouts (e.g. model portfolio offerings)

What we're looking for:

• 10+ years in investment/fund operations, spanning both public and private market instruments
• Proven people leadership experience — you can run a team and still work the details
• Strong grounding in subscriptions/redemptions, trade settlement, and bank/custodian relationship management
• Comfortable owning automated data feeds and portfolio systems - tech-friendly, not necessarily technical
• Family office, private banking, or fund administration background preferred
