Job Summary

The Head of Leasing – Group is responsible for leading the Jesselton Group's leasing strategy and overseeing the overall performance of the commercial and residential property portfolio. This role drives occupancy, rental revenue, tenant acquisition, and portfolio growth while providing strategic leadership to the leasing team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Group's leasing strategy to maximise occupancy and rental income.
Lead and oversee all leasing operations across the Group's property portfolio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, property owners, building management, tenants, and business partners.
Lead negotiations for major tenancy agreements and key leasing transactions.
Monitor leasing performance, market trends, rental pricing, and portfolio profitability.
Review and approve tenancy agreements and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Prepare leasing reports, budgets, and strategic recommendations for Management.
Lead, coach, and develop the leasing team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of leasing experience, preferably minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Good understanding of leasing practices, tenancy agreements, and property market trends.
